At Fish Creek United Church, we believe in supporting families during the holiday season with compassion, dignity, and fairness. Our Christmas Hamper Program is now open for applications from October 1 through October 30.

-his program is not run on a first-come, first-serve basis. Instead, all applications will be carefully reviewed after the close date, and only selected families will be notified by email once the process is complete. Please note that notifications will not be sent out until after the selection period ends.

To apply, please ensure you:

• Complete the form in full. Incomplete applications will not be considered.
• Submit only one application per household. Duplicate submissions may disqualify your household from consideration.

We kindly remind all applicants that our staff and volunteers are here to help with kindness and fairness. Abuse of staff or volunteers will not be tolerated under any circumstances. Any mistreatment will result in permanent ineligibility from this and future programs.

Our goal is to create a caring and respectful process that allows us to serve as many families as possible during the holiday season. Thank you for your understanding, cooperation, and patience as we carry out this important work.
